We are a regional operator, not a city vendor. Travel is built into the quote, and we routinely set up two hours from our shop for corporate clients.

The Human Snow Globe
Our signature winter activation, and the reason most companies find us. Guests step inside a giant inflatable globe while snow falls around them, and walk out with the photo. It is the piece people photograph, post and talk about after the party ends.

Do you charge extra to travel outside Pennsylvania?
Travel is included in the quote, so the number you see is the number you pay. Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey and the Lehigh Valley are all inside our regular service area.Can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Send your venue’s requirements and we will issue a COI naming them as additional insured, typically within 24 hours. Our W-9 is available on request.How many guests can you handle per hour?
The AI booth runs 50–80+ sessions per hour depending on group size. For larger crowds we add a roaming capture station or a separate share station so the line keeps moving.Can you brand everything to our company?
Yes. Send logos, colors and fonts and we will design a custom overlay, brand the share screen and the online gallery, and proof all of it for approval before the event.What space do we need to reserve?
Most activations need an 8′ × 8′ clear area with an 8.5′ ceiling and one 15A outlet within 25 feet. The Human Snow Globe is the exception at 20′ × 15′ with a 15-foot ceiling.How far ahead should we book?
