Guests may also receive a digital copy of their image and enjoy unlimited photo sessions throughout the contracted service time.

Keychain Photo Booth FAQs
How many photo keychains are included?
The $1,600 package includes supplies and onsite production for up to 125 completed photo keychains. Keychains are provided while the contracted supply lasts.
Can we reserve more than 125 keychains?
Yes. Additional quantities may be reserved in advance. We recommend basing the order on the number of guests expected to participate because all production materials are prepared before the event.
Can each guest receive a keychain?
The package is designed to provide one keychain per participating guest while the reserved supply lasts. This policy allows the maximum number of guests to receive a keepsake.
Are unlimited photo sessions included?
Yes. Guests may use the photo booth as often as they would like during the three-hour service period. The number of keychains is limited to the quantity reserved for the event.
Are regular photo prints also included?
Yes. Standard photo prints are included. Our unlimited print policy provides one print for each participating guest in the photograph during each session.
Can the keychain design match our celebration?
Yes. The design can incorporate names, a date, monogram, colors, school information, celebration theme, logo, or other approved artwork.
Are the keychains assembled during the event?
Yes. A dedicated Keychain Station attendant prepares and assembles each keepsake onsite after the image is printed.
Can guests receive digital photographs?
Yes. Guests can send images by text when the venue provides suitable Wi-Fi or cellular service. An online event gallery is also included.
How much space is required?
We generally recommend approximately 10 feet by 12 feet for the photo booth, backdrop, Keychain Station, printing equipment, attendants, and guest flow. Final space requirements will be confirmed for the selected venue and layout.
What power is required?
Two nearby standard electrical outlets are preferred. The booth and Keychain Station should have access to reliable power without extension cords crossing guest walkways.
Is delivery included?
Standard delivery, setup, and removal are included within our normal local service area. Travel, tolls, parking, loading fees, stairs, difficult access, union labor, and special venue charges may be additional.
Can the Keychain Photo Booth be used outdoors?
Outdoor service is considered only when suitable weather protection, a level operating surface, reliable electricity, safe conditions, and an approved indoor backup plan are provided.
